This is the only con i have ever pre reg for and if you think the 5 dollars are not worth it you are mistaken. 2009 the first time i came i saw the line and it was literally out the door. I say its worth it with out question asking mother to place it on her credit card is much easier then waiting in line for 2 hours.

This is the first and only con I've ever actually NOT pre-reg'd for. But I'm going to be there stupidly early for the line since I'll be arriving Thursday anyways, so I don't think it's a big deal.

Okay, after paying for the badge on Paypal, I later checked my email and noticed that I had two emails that said that my registration had been accepted. Does this mean that it made me pay twice, or that the email just sent twice? (I'm scared of wasting money, sorry!)

You are ok. I got two emails myself. I immediately checked my bank account and saw that I had only been charged once.

And a confirmation from ohayocon@centaurstage.com You will get 1 confirmation from ohayocon@centaurstage.com for each badge that you buy. And if you supplied an email for the attendee a copy of that will go to the email you supplied & the email you used for the login that put the attendee in. Always check your paypal. Our system can't directly take money from you. You log in to paypal every time you want to send money. So unless you double click at just the wrong momment you shouldn't be double billed. (If you are double billed let us know and we can reverse it.) |

I think I can help you. You go to registration at the con and you register. I'm pretty sure you have to fill out information. I don't know if they accept credit/debit cards at the con though. They just get into that line. Give us their information and cash/money order/check. At this point we are not taking credit cards, but we may be trying out something, but it isn't certain. |

Alright, so. With the whole Photo ID, I have mine, but I'm finding it difficult to find a photo ID for my little brother, who's getting a free child's badge. Do you think I'd be able to just pick his up with mine? He'll be there with me, though.
Also, at what time and where should I pick up the Pre-Reg badge? The whole process confuses me. -------------------- Ohayocon '11 cosplay plan:

If you have a photo id and are picking it up at the same time which you should since its a child's badge for the brother then you will be ok. You will pick up the badge at the Registration Room, which as of right now is in Fairfield. Fairfield is on the floor above the food court and has been the same room registration has been in since its been in a room at the hyatt. There will be 2 lines one for registering at con. and one for pre-reg. Since you are pre-reg you want to get in the pre-reg line. Hours for picking up a pre-reg badge are Thursday 10pm - 12 midnight. Friday & Saturday 9am- 9pm Sunday 9am - 3 pm |

okay well i sent in my order by check and it says that the confirmation was sent but i never got it. I know that i cant go unless i have the paper that says i payed and i never got it so was there like some mix up or am i just screwed. I tried to re-send the confirmation but it wont re-send. PLEASE HELP i'm begging you!!!!!!!!!!!

Please check any spam folders you might have and/or add "ohayocon @centaurstage.com" to your address book if you are using something like yahoo/gmail as that is where the confirmation email is sent from. If after clicking the button you do not get the confirmation in within a couple hours (varies by email server) send me an email at godai@centaurstage.com or a PM with the ezreg of the badges you need confirmation for. |
